Service Description
Gather your group for a private, guided watercolour session in a beautiful coastal setting. This experience is designed to feel easy, creative, and social, whether you’re celebrating something special or simply wanting to slow down and create together. You’ll be guided step-by-step through sketching and watercolour techniques, with the freedom to make the piece your own. No experience is needed. Just come as you are. Cancellation Policy
By booking a Sea & Still outdoor session, you agree to the following terms. General Participation Our plein air sessions are relaxed, outdoor experiences designed for all skill levels. By attending, you acknowledge that this is a creative, guided session and outcomes may vary from person to person. All materials are provided and remain the property of Sea & Still unless otherwise stated. Outdoor & Walking Safety Sessions may involve short walks to and from coastal locations, including uneven surfaces such as sand, rocks, grass, or pathways. By attending, you acknowledge: You are physically able to participate in light walking and outdoor conditions You take personal responsibility for your safety and belongings You will wear appropriate footwear, sun protection, and weather-appropriate clothing Sea & Still is not liable for: Injuries sustained during walking or participation Weather changes or environmental conditions Loss or damage of personal items If conditions are deemed unsafe (e.g. severe weather), sessions may be rescheduled. Weather Policy Sessions proceed in most weather conditions. In the case of unsafe or extreme weather, we reserve the right to reschedule your booking to a suitable alternative date or we will run a class indoors. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds A deposit or full payment is required to secure your booking Cancellations within 7 days of your session are non-refundable Cancellations made with more than 7 days’ notice may be rescheduled (subject to availability) No-shows are non-refundable If Sea & Still cancels or reschedules due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a new date or credit. Grazing Boards & Dietary Requirements Grazing boards are prepared by a trusted external supplier with appropriate food handling certifications. By selecting this add-on, you acknowledge: You must notify us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking While care is taken, traces of allergens may still be present Sea & Still and its suppliers are not liable for allergic reactions where dietary requirements were not disclosed Food & Beverage Coffee and food items are sourced from third-party providers. Availability may vary slightly depending on supplier conditions. Photography & Content We may capture photos or videos during sessions for promotional use. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know prior to your session. Please treat each other, locals, and the area with respect.
